Bio
Rebecca Howell is an artist based in Wilmington, Delaware. Her studio practice explores the convergence of art, nature, and the human experience. Rebecca earned her BFA at the Savannah College of Art and Design, where she later oversaw sales in multiple galleries. Her work has been exhibited regionally, including at The Delaware Contemporary, Rehoboth Art League, and Wayne Art Center. In 2023 she was the recipient of an artist opportunity grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts to attend the Emily Ball Painting Residency at Seawhite Studios in West Sussex, United Kingdom. Rebecca has the pleasure of working with artists and innovators every day as an arts educator and community connector. She is a member of the artist collective Ladies Art House, based in studio 2R at the Delaware Contemporary.
